Dr. Irfan Ahmad Khan is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacology, J.N.M.C., A.M.U., Aligarh. He is Deputy Co-ordinator, Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Centre, J. N. Medical College and Hospital, A.M.U., Pharmacovigilance Programme of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India since 26th July 2018. He is presently Warden, Hadi Hasan Hall, A.M.U., Aligarh. He did his M.B.B.S. and M.D.(Pharmacology) from J.N.M.C., A.M.U. He has formal training and experience in designing & conducting clinical trials, ADR reporting and causality assessment, Pharmacogenomic studies, teaching pharmacology to MBBS and BDS students. He has published research papers in various national and international indexed journals. He has been awarded the “Best Researcher Award” in the International Scientist Awards on Engineering, Science and Medicine, held at Chennai, India, on 19th-20th December 2020. He won 1st Prize for oral presentation at 1st Annual Conference of Physiologists & Pharmacologists of India, UP-UK APPICON- 2012. He holds many academic and administrative posts. He is presently an Editorial Board Member of Journal of Exploratory Research in Pharmacology, Global Scientific Research Journal of Pharmacology and Pharmaceutics, SCIREA Journal of Medicine, Journal of Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety, World Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biological Sciences, International Journal of Medical and Health Research and International Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research.
